Male, born on October 31, 1963, Han nationality, member of the Communist Party of China, professor, head of the history of Marxist development, master's tutor. He graduated from the Department of Philosophy of Nankai University in Tianjin in 1987 and received a second degree in Ideological and Political Education in 1998. In 2003, he obtained a master's degree in Chinese philosophy. He successively served as the dean of the School of Engineering, Hebei University, the deputy section chief of the student department, the deputy director of the Department of Philosophy, the deputy director, and the deputy dean of the deputy secretary of the School of Political Science and Law. He is currently the Party branch secretary of the School of History of Hebei University, and concurrently the deputy director of the Graduate School of Youth Development of Hebei University and the executive director of the Hebei Provincial Ethics Society. He has been engaged in party affairs for many years, has rich experience in party affairs and a solid theoretical foundation of Marxism. In 2001 and 2007, the Ministry of Education was responsible for drafting the characteristics of Hebei University in the teaching evaluation of Hebei University, and the evaluation results were excellent. The drafting of "Hebei University's exploration of the "drip-filling" ideological and political education model" became the feature of the ideological and political education work of Hebei University, and was forwarded in the Ministry of Education briefing.

I. Teaching and research fields

Mainly engaged in the teaching and research of ideological and political education, the development history of Marxism and the history of Marxist philosophy. For graduate students and undergraduates, courses such as "History of Marxist Philosophy", "History of Marxism", "History of Ideological and Political Education of the Communist Party of China", "Thematics of Ideological and Political Education" and "Topics of Western Marxism" are offered.
